These include but are not limited too weather conditions and the upload capacity of the website you are viewing. If you have concerns about the speed of your connection please contact support.

 

What prices are our services?

Prices for our internet access plans are outlined above. If you require higher download limits or speeds contact us to discuss your requirements.

 

What payments methods do we accept?

We only accept payment via Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) - no surcharge is applied. Plans are charged in advance and are automatically billed to your nominated card 7 days after invoice date.

If your card is declined we will advise you and attempt to charge your card again the next day. If your card is declined three times a $10 fee is applied and your service is suspended until your account is brought up to date.

Can we have a goyderCONNECT email address?

No. goyderCONNECT does not provide email addresses. We suggest that customers establish a GMAIL or Outlook.com email address. If you are using another email service you may need to use our outgoing mailserver name - smtp.goyderconnect.com.au

What support options are available?

Support is available via two methods.

Telephone support is available 8:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday not including Public Holidays.
